The hotel is situated 2 minutes walking from Arc de Triomphe. I got a single room, which, size-wise, was like an IKEA prop. That said, it has absolutely everything a hotel room must have, including: - a desk (if you really need to write that urgent mail) - a drawer chest with FIVE drawers for all your clothes and stuff - a rack to dry your clothes on - a safe - a nightstand with TWO top surfaces, so that everything you need is close to you during the night And, above all, there was an electrical outlet next to the bed, the night light was proper - not too bright to blind you but bright enough to be useable, and the bed and the pillows were superbly comfortable. I have been to 4* and 5* hotels which looked great but the essentials were not done right. Not here - everything needed for a stay without any issues was nailed. That said, the cherry on the top was the staff. Everyone spoke impeccable English. They treated me like a person and not a walking wallet. They had an actual conversation with me. They taught me the few essential words in French to get by (and suffered my attempts at butchering their lovely language). They even told me a better way to go to the airport than Google Maps suggested! FYI - take Bus 31 to Gare du Nord, then train B - you have half an hour more to sightseeing the beautiful Paris instead of being underground.

For the small hotel, the breakfast was great; 3 different type of bread, butter/marmelade/cheese, croissant, pain au chocolate, fruits, yoghurt, cheerios, juice, milk, coffee and tea. Staff were really friendly, especially Cristina in reception. She was interested of our plans and gave us good tips! All staff spoke well english. We stayed in a twin room, wich was clean, fresh and nicely decorated. Comparing for the common tiny size of a parisian hotel, it was even littlebit bigger. Location is great near the Arc the Triomphe, but in a small side street that the noise of the traffic disappears. From Arc the triomphe is easy to take straight train to disney land or metros around the city of Paris! We would deffenetly choose this hotel again!

What makes this place special first of all is exceptional staff, I have traveled a lot but it's hard to find so extra wonderful and polite people as the ones taking care of people here. Both -the guy who worked we checked in and the girl who was at reception when we left were extremely polite and nice. Beside that the location is just perfect, it's very close to Arch De Triumph, from there you can go anywhere, the Eiffel tower is some 35min walk away. So is the price, this hotel is very budget friendly compared to any other facility in this area. The room was clean and the bed was comfy. Overall we were very satisfied with our stay and would definitely recommend staying at this wonderful hotel.

Perfectly located near the Arc and Champs Elysees. This hotel could not have been more perfect, I will be staying here every time I go to Paris in the future!!! the staff was amazing. A friend called to send a bottle of wine and flowers to one of the people on our trip for there birthday. The man at the front desk went out to the local wine and florist shop to pick them up and it was one of the most genuine things I have ever seen. The staff was so friendly and even shared a glass of wine with us ❤️ the rooms were the perfect size for a boutique hotel and the location is truly unmatched. 100/10 if I could !!!

Nice location and really accommodating staff. They even stayed up to 3am so that we could check out, and offered to order us a taxi, since public transit was at a standstill for Bastille day. What we needed was a comfortable place to crash at after a long day of walking in the sun, and that's exactly what we got. Nothing crazy in terms of facilities, really just a room with barely enough space for a bed and bathroom, but that's all we need! The price was a complete bargain for that part of town.
